كيكة اسفنجية كاكاو ( يفضل كيكة العلب الجاهزة ) وطبعا تطبخينة وتخلينه على صوب
علبة دريم ويب
علبة صغيرة كريما الطازجة للخفق
6 ملاعق كبيرة نيوتيلا
1 ملعقة جيلاتين سائلة
خلطة النيوتيلا ( عبارة عن نص كوب ماء دافئ مع 3 ملاعق نيوتيلا ونخلطها جيدا )
ربع كوب حليب سائل بارد (اخياري )

التحضير
الطريقة عمل الكريما :







أولا ناخذ الحليب السائل وأنا أخترت حليب طازج في ملة كبيرة ونضيف عليه 4 أكياس دريم ويب







ونخلطة جيدا لين يصير كثيف .







ثم نضيف 6 ملاعق نيوتيلا وأنا الصراحة أحب أكثر من النيوتيلا وبعدين نضيف عليه ملعقة جيلاتين ( ثلث كوب ماء حار مع ملعقة بودرة جيلاتين لين تذوب ) ونضيفه في الكريما







ثم نضيف الكريما السائلة الجاهزة ونخلطه جيدا بعدين نخليه في الثلاجة لمدة نصف ساعة











ناخذ الكيكة الجاهزة ونقطعة نصفين ونرش عليه خلطة النيوتيلا وبعدين نضيف عليه كريما اللي سويناها ونغطي الكيكة بالكريمة .







للتزين : ممكن إضافة حبات الكاكاو الصغيرة على الاطراف ومن أعلى نزينها بالجلكسي المبشور وطريقة ثانية بعد تغليفة بالكريما ناخذ خلطة النيوتيلا ونضيفة فوق الكيك وتزينوها مع حلاوة حبات الكاكاو والجلكسي المبشور.
