أكدت لجنة حقوق المعلمين والمعلمات في ملتقى المعلمين والمعلمات أمس، أن وفدا من أعضائها التقى مع مدير عام القوى العاملة في وزارة المالية المهندس محمد الشثري في اجتماع استمر قرابة ساعة ونصف، ركز على محاور هامة أبرزها احتساب سنوات الخدمة التي سببها بند 105 ومنح المعلمين والمعلمات درجتهم المستحقة المعتبرة والتي كفلها لهم النظام الصادر من الخدمة المدنية.
وأكد المجتمعون على أنه لا يوجد حل إلا بإعادة كافة الدرجات المستحقة التي تسببت بها مادة 18 أ علما بأن تلك المادة لا تنسجم ولا تتوافق مع سلم رواتب الوظائف التعليمية، كما جرى التطرق أثناء الاجتماع لملف سنوات البند (105) والذي أكد فيه المهندس الشتري أن وزارة المالية تعمل بشكل جاد للخروج بحل نهائي مما سببه هذا البند في عدم احتساب سنوات الخدمة الضائعة للمعلمين والمعلمات.
